The lot abuts an environmental overlay zone which defines a limited buildable area. Working with longtime friends Ed Valik (iBuild PDX - owner / contractor) and Sarah Spafford, we creatively fit a compact 2,800 SF house that forms a courtyard patio facing the greenery. On the street side, the floating tube-form is the visual focal point leading to the dynamic corner entry.
