Owners / brewers Shaun Kalis and Devin Benware had built Ruse's reputation while utilizing Culmination Brewings location and equipment. With a home of their own Ruse focuses on small batch, artisanal beers with a new 10 barrel brewhouse, 5 tanks with room to grow and lots of space for barrell aging. Our design provides a view portal into the brewery as the focal point of the design. The portal houses all taps, merch and storage while acting as the barrier between public spaces and the brewery.
