The Green Dragon building in the SE Industrial area has long been a hidden away destination. The re-design of the pub, and in particular the courtyard, and re-branding to Rogue Ales gives the long standing brewery an eastside flagship location. The courtyard space is already one of the largest beer gardens in Portland. But it lacked any visual connection to the street and suffered from a choppy feel and failing hardscape. Our approach was to remove the old quanset hut, depave everything and create a new cohesive space that draws in the public. -
