Newspace Center for Photography Storefront - 2012
With funds through the PDC Storefont Program we updated the facade of the non-profit Newspace Photography. The addition of the wood column and planter provided some much needed warmth to the stark concrete building. Credits: Steelhead Architecture, Hammer and Hand

    Papa Murphy's Storefront Study - 2016
The Papa Murphy's study focused on one storefront in SE Portland but was intended to be a model for multiple locations. As these stores are typically located along busy commercial strips the designs goal was to stand out from the crowd. We developed several schemes focused on alternative cladding and signage options while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. Credits: Steelhead Architecture

    Guardian Management - 2008
Located in the historic Crane Building of Portland’s Pearl District, Guardian’s offices are designed as modern insertions into a historic context. Depending on the time of day the glass conference rooms either allow views through to the historic details or provide reflections of the historic details. The goal was always clear distinction between new and old but done with a light touch. Credits: Emmons Architects (Headrick, project architect), Walsh Construction
