Design for the Eleva focuses on both the buildings and the public spaces formed between the buildings. In an area historically suburban in feel, the project promotes a more urban appearance with all surface parking concealed behind the buildings. Outdoor courtyards and pedestrian level spaces are focal points while additional community rooms are located on top floors to capture views of the Columbia River, Mt. Hood and Portland in the distance.
