The Bosworth is a 3-story design with units accessed off a single stair shaft central to the building footprint. A secure exterior entry court provides pedestrian access to the entry and bike parking. The goal is for a super compact, efficient and cost effective design. The project will feature PV panels on the roof and super efficient heat pumps and HP water heaters.
