TEN10 is our 3rd project on Marquam Hill and is within site of Marquam Heights Apartments and Gibbs Street Apartments. This projects differs from the others with the introduction of retail spaces along Gibbs Street. The challenging topography of the site led to some creative stepping of the masses as the project ascends the hill. Construction is anticipated for 2024.
