    The purchase of a Pearl District penthouse spurred this whole unit design work. The kitchen, both bathrooms, office and entertainment areas all were redesigned with a clean modern aesthetic with rich materials.

    While the large windows and 2-sided decks create an expansive feel the actual space to work with was tight. The wrap around soffit unites the kitchen and dining area. The material palette includes marble, horizontal grain walnut and a high gloss white foil.
