    Our master plan process is a way of evaluating an existing house and planning for remodel projects in an intelligent and organized manner. All of the various scopes of work may take years to build but the goal is for the overall ideas to be cohesive and intertwined.

    The Powhatan master plan took an existing mid-century house that had specific areas of work; kitchen, two bathrooms, living spaces and outdoor patios. An small addition allows the kitchen and dining rooms to expand to a proper size.

    The Oak Hills master plan focused on how to re-organinze a whole house around an updated front courtyard. The Rummer neighborhood provided inspiration for the new entry.

    The Eastmoreland master plan focuses on a new entry location and the associated exterior spaces. Interior re-oraganiation and a new master bathroom were also part of the plan.

    The Corbett master plans goal was to introduce more light into the living space and give the front entry a more dynamic modern look. The line of new skylights pours light down the newly vaulted wall.
