    Sited in scenic Yamhill Valley this facility will house many uses. Phase 1 of the construction will include a cellar 'cave' space plus storage and production areas. Phase 2 will include a tasting room, farm store plus offices and meeting space. .

    The Soter Vineyard has always been forward thinking in the construction of their buildings and this facility will continue that trend. We're looking at both Passive House and Net Zero certification. The phase 1 lower floor should be complete by the begining of 2014. Several directions are contemplated, and shown here, for the upper floor phase 2 forms.
