The perimeter frame walls are covered in picture frames while the vast dining room space was kept very open to enjoy the wood trusses. The central dining cubes create a more intimate space while maintaining the open feel. The on site brewing operation supplies all of the pubs beer. Many viewing points into the pub allow diners to get a better feel for the brewing process. Deschutes opened up in 2008 and has become a destination on Portland brew pub scene.
